Slip sleeve is great for starting screws in hard wood. Easy to change between phillips and slot head screw driver bits with the magnet.
Cons
These are either counterfeit or dewalt is now trash. These are junk. Absolutly no magnetic.

My experience with similar adapters is the same failure points the magnet eventually fractures and retention clips no longer holds the bit

In these cases the adapter becomes useless however a paper towel can be used to wedge a bit into it so it still has some use

The shank held up fine however it is the part that holds the bit which completely stripped out
