Pros
The dw3114 40 tooth blade gives a much finer cut when cutting cabinet grade 3/4 inch plywood. The blade makes clean cuts and has never been sharpened. Cuts maple effortlessly.
Cons
It cuts horribly, leaving very very rough rip cuts even on pine. Cross cuts have bad tear outs.

I wanted to get rid of the standard blade that came with my dewalt table saw because the cuts were more construction grade you know cutting wood for framing not for show
