Pros

The old sander is as good as new! Just like worn out original. Not a cheap knock off. I expect the durability to be the same, as well.

Easy to install, well made, exact replacement. Works on the model dw420, which is an older model dewalt sander. Very easy to install. Used the old screws. Installed dewalt d26451 random orbit 5-inch/8-hole palm sander.

The foam pad feels stiffer/tougher than the original. Received this pad quickly and saved me from having to buy a new drill.

Cons

The center hole in the dewalt pad is too small for the makita. The pad is not supposed to spin at all.
