Hammered through concrete like it was clay.
Price
Great value for the money, very solid.
Got at 1/2 price because it was a rehab, works great.
Packaging/appearance
Looked brand new with the exception of the "r" engraved on the body.
Purchased case (not available on amazon) to fit from third party vendor.
Competitiveness
My employee says he like this drill better than the makita we use in other vans.
Compare this to an old milwaukee i tried, which weighed about 3,000 pounds!
Purchased this as a factory refurbished but honestly, i couldn't tell any difference between it and brand new, except for the lower cost.
