Pros

Used to drill holes in brick and masonry block. Also used to set concrete pins for holding 2x6 in place. Can be used to pin markers to walls.

Wooks better than expected. Arrived on time. Half price of local hardware store.

Well built, strong and cuts cleanly. Can't beat the price. Only one other brand matches that, but it's unaffordable. Great accessory quality.

The shaft is machined very well and there is very little wobble to it. Digs into rocks with my rotary hammer gun.

Cons

The claim it fits all standard 3/8 and 1/2 chucks is simply erroneous information. The problem with these is that the carbide head has fallen right off on two bits so far in one month. Worthless for softer stone.
