Pros

Performs as specified. Doesn't even look like it has been taken out of the package yet. Worked great. Beast mode is awesome.

Holes drill fast and strait. Except for the wood stud in the middle. Bit drilled the last hole just as fast as the first.

Drilled twelve holes through 10 inch reinforced concrete to mount my 2 post auto lift. Went through 1/2 rebar in the concrete. Used this for 3 holes thru 10 thick cement.
