Perfect gift for my diy daughter. Arrived quickly. Came in a nice sturdy case. This has a very good tip.

Cons

For the first 7 holes - drilled like a champ. Seems like rust on the bits. The indentations on this shaft are only good for specific drills that can grip it properly. Was only drilling in mortar joints.

Very disappointing customer service and product support from dewalt. They then proceed to ask for feedback on their support, but only let you type <300 characters.

I took a star off for the super sticky/impossible- to- remove- from- the- bit packaging.

Purchased a dewalt roto hammer that these bits came with as a package.

Competitiveness

They tend to be stronger and last much longer than other brands.

I'm not a dewalt fan, i have makita, milwaukee, and bosch power tools, in that order.
