This is the smoothest plunge router that i have used. We use it daily in the shop on 1 inch ext ac plywood. No one makes a smoother plunge system on the market.

The chuck is easy to manipulate and adjust. The stops are accurate and easy to adjust. Very accurate adjustments and hauls *.

The dw615 and dw621 are in fact made in switzerland by elu which is now a division of black and decker. It performs flawlessly. W ferris of cape town.
