    As for people saying the rip fence is shooting back at them it could only be one thing and that is your either not tightening the nut all the way down and the yellow arrow should not be facing the hole on top where you push into release it

    If you buy the stand to put it on it wont work if your over 6ft youll be bending way over for every single cut so not good

    You can make a 20inch rip if you alien the fence all the way back on both sides
