The first thing i noticed and like about dewalt 8 vise is that it has finegrooved replaceable steel jaws which is great because you can easily replace them if you mar them most yosts dont have that feature

This has two adjustment points to allow the vice to rotate 360 degrees not one as someon else reported

What is different here is that there is no fixed handled in the adjustment point

There is a storage hole in the base see picture of left side of vice that the handle can be placed into when not needed
