Not all medium e26 bulbs work. Only a few works, led or incandescent. It became so hot i had to remove the fixture.

I intended to use them without the duskdawn photo cell that they come equipped with because i liked the lookdesign but didnt want the duskdawn feature

I disconnected the photocell from the light socket wire to bypass the photo cell

It would have been nice if the wire coming from the bulb socket to crimp connector was a bit longer to facilitate using the light without the photo cell

Or they could have included a slide switch to bypass the photocell and use it without this feature
