Pros

Using this to control the common area lights of a 4 story condominium. Used on my pool pump. Hp spa's pump.

Wifi setup was super easy, you just need to download the app. The switch works very well, both manually and with the wifi eco plug app. I get frequent power outages and knock on wood so far this device has never needed reprogramming.

Took 45 minutes to install and setup. Got a handyman to install it on my 1. Was easy to install.

This does the trick. Works like it should. Way cheaper than other options. Very good value.

Cons

Will not connect to wifi. I send differents email to get some answer on how to downgrade the firmware.
