Pros
The product has very good durability. It's plastic and doesn't have reinforcement behind it, so it's going to flex. It’s sturdy enough to write on.
Good case with two different compartments. Front panel has a decent latch to hold paper on. Last storage area is the same except that there is clip/latch for paper. Two compartments and room for a pen.
Cons
A take out container is sturdier. A clipboard made of old gum and rotted wood is st stronger. On the aluminum ones, the latch isn’t strong enough to stay closed.

However i did experience an incident where i accidentally dropped it resulting in one of the clips breaking
