They hold a ton of 8x11 paper even after it’s been used and won’t lie perfectly straight note that the dexas side opening clipboards do not hold much of any paper because once it’s been thumbed through it gets in the way of the closure mechanism

Btw i’d be all for the side opening clipboards if they were made wide enough that the interior could be filled with 8x11 papers which are already thumbed through and used without them impeding the closure

And there’s no amount of manual straightening that will enable the sideopening clipboards to serve anything approaching the quantity that the bottomopening can hold
