Pros & Cons
Pros
This unique pan is divided by an s-shaped partition, giving it two halves for cooking. The divider is more traditional to korean hot-pots (where some people like it spicy, and some not) shabu shabu is japanese word for swish swish. It is used to conta... Read More
Shabu-shabu, like sukiyaki, is cooked communally at the table. The product also comes with a ladle so you can easily get your meats and veggies out. It's useful for making spicy and non spicy dishes without dirtying a second pot.
I love this thing and it's absolutely gorgeous. The pictures of this pot on the seller's page are clear and accurate, so i didn't photograph mine for review purposes. Like the 'twinkle twinkle' prints inside the pot, looking pretty high standard.
The pot is non-stick, clad, aluminum with a magnetized bottom. The nonstick coating seems fantastic.
The handles on the sides and on the lid are heat resistant so they do not get hot when you wanna touch the handles or the remove the lid. Comes with a wooden spoon.
Cons
The coating is bad. The bottom is aluminum not stainless steel as the web description indicates. And leaves black stain everywhere.
