Pros

It is impressively quiet, nicely insulated so you don’t get burned when touching the kettle. I love how the outside stays cool when heating and the lid opens a good 90°. All over europe they use kettles like this.

The color matches the listello in my all white kitchen, perfectly. Received a replacement kettle. Excellent customer service and timely responses from seller.

Cons

The lid is very loosely capping the top. Light comes on to signal that it is boiling but nothing happens. Lid hinge has some resistance and doesn't fully open all the way.
