Pros

The shabu hot pot is easy to use and keeps the water boiling vigorously. I like that i can lift up the pot by its handles without needing oven mitts or heat resistant pads when it's boiling. There are a lot of recipes & instructions online.

This is actually very nice. It's very stylish and pretty. The golden accents on this white colorway is a nice touch. Group friendly experience.

The pot is lightweight and easy to clean can be wiped out with a paper towel. It's nonstick, wipe it clean - no need for dishwasher. Easy cleanup is also a strong point for this one.

This hotpot with removable pot is pretty amazing. I use it on my kitchen island next to an outlet, so it hasn't been a problem for me yet.

Cons

There’s a gap of at least a few inches. Total bummer. Another thing that is not satisfied with this product is that the handle of the pot still hides water.

This pot and heating element works very well can boil water in 5 minutes.

It gets hot very, very quickly, and really keeps the water boiling vigorously as you add cold/uncooked items.

It heats up super quickly, the coating is nonstick and unlike other electric pots this one can go in the dishwasher.

After only using this a few times, the coating is already starting to scrape off of the bottom around the edges (see picture).
