Pros
It comes with a non-stick pot, grill pan, and steamer inserts. Comes with a ladle and spatula that are ok.
The steamer basket is spacious and durable. The lid has an attractive jewel-like knob that stays relatively cool. The pot, grill pan, and steamer are all removable and dishwasher safe.
Huge space saver. Set up and use is simple. It's intuitive to use except for one small detail. The item works as advertised and there are no shortcomings.
This model puts the two temperature presets on a control dial at the end of the handle. It also has an overheat protection feature to prevent the hot pot from getting too hot.
Cons
There is a major design flaw. The lid does not fit the unit; the lid is too small.

The packaging was perfect, ensuring the item arrived in pristine condition.

The only downside of this product is that the some of the parts are in plastic i wish everything was metal which would have only made it last longer and more sturdy
