Pros

The pot seems to be non-stick and cleans up easily with just dish soap, water, and a sponge. Once you're done, it cleans up very easily. Easy to clean and can cook more than one dish at a time.

I am just in awe of this thing and am definitely on the rampage of learning some hot pot recipes because it will be perfect! This hotpot is great. The electric hot pot is a versatile kitchen essential!

The metal is a little thin, but not terribly so and it seems pretty sturdy. The dial is very smooth without any clicks to notify where you are. That's the only complaint i have.

The dial that adjusts the heat has 56 micro clicks of adjustments. It accommodates a variety of cooking styles, from boiling and steaming to simmering and stewing. The knob twists easily to create a precise temperature.

Heats up enough to be a viable way to saute or sear a protein. The bottom has a good wide surface that heats the water quite quickly.
