It almost always comes out the way it would if i made it on stove top both taste and texture but its noticebly heavy with food in it so beware especially if youre only handling it with one hand

It does have safety feature to turn off but only if it runs dry

I thought about washing it at work and not taking it home but with all the electrical parts attached it’s hard to wash in a little break room sink at work

The food easily slides off the surface and a simple wipe down is all thats required for maintenance
