Pros
Cleaning the basket is super easy as it is both removable and nonstick. Top inside lid is easy to remove and replace, though it's such thin metal i worry about bending it. Quick and easy, easy to clean up, and ok rice.
This rice cooker fits the bill perfectly. It makes plenty of rice for a family of 4. It saves time for a mom of three to cook dinner and help with homework.
It is very easy to use. The booklet is well written. If you have any issues, they have directions to where you can go to get any issues you have taken care of in a prompt manner. Easiest way ever to make rice.
I like the matte black outside, and the front display is simple and easy to read. If counter space is at a premium and it makes a difference as to how far from an outlet you need this to be placed, record length is exactly 30 inches long.
Using this thing is pretty much a no brainer. For us, we prefer our rice a bit firmer and so we now use less water than the package indicates.

Follow the directions for your rice and combine the rice and water in the nonstick inner potbasket close the lid hit mode until rice lights up and that’s it

This rice cooker is a small size so it wont take up too much room on your counter
