I think the minimum radius for these is around 21234 or so wish they made these in a bit narrower model as well

If you linger or try to turn too hard also amazing these dont really start to melt and fuse the kerf or jump around that seems true down to about 1834 thickness not sure about thinner acrylic

I used these on some 18 glass filled nylon as well and they did great didnt seem to dull the blade which i expected it might

They are made of bimetal which means they are made of two different metals usually steel and titanium
