Incredibly happy with the product it was relatively easy to assemble however does have some heavy parts so you may require assistance

You could tell from the very first impression that build quality is impressive

Nice fast delivery could have been a bit more packaging as the delivery company had to bolster it up a bit easy to assemble
The only thing i can think that might be improved is the packaging

Im really pleased ive decided to buy this chair as it is very hard to find this kind of gem in the sea of cheap and cheerful clones that would break within the first month of use

They feel like cheap plastic even though the main structure is metal and the tops where your arms rest rattle and rock constantly

The cardboard box it arrived in was split and although nothing was damaged and all parts were present it could have been more secure
