Pros
Adapalene is great for scars that are not deep. I use a pea-size amount on my face and then moisturizer. It doesn't burn or irritated my skin.
My skincare routine is extremely regimented after so many years of trial and error. A gentle cleanser without salicylic acid is important. I use this for maintenance with a moisturizer overtop every night.
Small tube lasts me years because i mostly spot treat or apply it on my t zone during a flare-up. Will keep this in my routine for the foreseeable future.
Cons
The stronger the retinol is, the worst it is. Not good for very sensitive skin.

Competitiveness
My dermatologist actually recommended this product as an inexpensive alternative to tretinoin.
It's a little less harsh that tritinoin, and still works nicely.
