I am someone who has struggled with bloating for a very long time. I have a hormonal imbalance that causes me to get bloated easily, specially after i eat. The only “down” side effect is it makes you gassier than usual. Also has curved my appetite.
Since i was a kid i never liked swallowing pills therefore that is my only complaint. The capsules are easy to * and doesn't have an aftertaste. The pills are big but for the results i received it’s not an issue!
