Pros
Combining carbohydrate, protein and fat enzymes provides a complete digestive aid formula. Helpful in digesting foods. Break down complex sugars in gassy foods making them more digestible.
They really do work well and are a terrific value for the price. Good suppliment. Helps and can be used regularly or as needed.
Cons
I'm usually ok with soy and dairy in small amounts although my naturopath says i have sensitivity to dairy, so i try to avoid it. I'm really bummed about it. Will be contacting the manufacturer for a refund.
