Cons

The design is sleek but the scale is very inaccurate. Can be more than 10% inaccurate compared to my drs.

I have been fooled for the past one year. Literally battery operated trash. It says 5-year warranty. I contacted customer service but did not get any response.

Works great and is very simple, easily put away or left out!

Downfall: the batteries it came with were duds!

The first unit i received was faulty, in that it only read 49lbs no matter who stepped on it or what you placed on it.

I contacted customer service who promptly sent me a replacement which works perfectly fine!

They asked a few pertinent questions to verify the issue then quickly (one day) sent a replacement which works flawlessly.

The slip that you are supposed to peel off, was already off upon delivery.

Called customer service in us and got a new scale sent out.

Packaging/appearance

Perhaps this was damaged in transit but it didn’t look great at all!

This one looks just like it does in the listing and doesn't look cheap which was what i was worried about.
