I fiddled with the button order / speed of pressing the sequence and seem to have it down now.
I've only been able to get it to stay on warm twice so either i'm doing something wrong or there is a problem with the kettle.
Packaging/appearance
I rinse until the smell of the efferdent goes away and it is just like new.
The keep warm feature is great and does just what it says without burning the tea.

Whenever it is moved from or placed on the base or if a button is pressed then it makes a loud beep which is fairly annoying

However the glass on the bottom is easily stained almost like there is a leak underneath the glass part that allows tea to permeate
