At work they use the forehead no touch, but accuracy may not be best during this pandemic. Works great and accurate. Knowing whether fever is 99 or 100 is important.

An accurate thermometer. Has some flexibility, not rigid like my old one.

The forehead scanner is much more accurate. Mine never reads above 94-95 deg, and if i take my temp 3 times in a row i get 3 diff answers. It completely fades and you can no longer read it. It is worthless.

The battery is not replaceable. Please refund or replace. Product says it has a 2 year warranty on battery.
