The fm stereo works great, and i have good reception in our mountain location.
The system is nice and compact and works great.
After a few days of emails back and forth they determined the unit was, in fact, defective and not user error.
Bought in january 2023 and in may turntable quit suddenly.
Price
Actually i was quite pleased to get this at a great value price.
It was not expensive, and fills the bill for what the wife was looking for.
If you're a true audiophile, buy something more expensive.
Not too expensive for what it is and the speakers are decent, plus bluetooth was a great plus.

I have to say, ultimately their customer service was good and the stereo arrived very quickly!
The customer service/tech team were very responsive and immediately sent me a new unit.

Do not expect the sound you would get from a receiver and upscale speakers sound is mostly in the mid range don’t expect sound you would get from speakers with 8” bass units

Country jazz classical and most vocals sound good if you’re looking for concert hall quality this is not the unit
