Thank you double woods for creating a great berberine that does work to lower my sugar count, internally it makes me feel much better, people say to listen to your body and it sure does work and i love this dihydro berberine where it reduces my skin irritations upon taking it, if i eat too much carbs or suger based foods, my skin gets a bad irritations due to too much sugar internally but, upon taking this dihydro berberine i still watch my sugar intake and taking this has helped my body tremendously & very very little skin irritations thank you, your supplement saved my internal body !  Read Less
