I was surprised when i took it out of the box and found out that there were two main attachment heads one for hardwood floors the shiny red one and one for the rugs matted black

Regardless of the above i would have given this vacuum a 5 star rating if it were not for the rug power head

I dont know if it is because it is so lightweight but there is no real power in its the rotating brissles to dislodge items from the rug

I spent 100 on a useless vacuum so i was skeptical buying another vacuum online but i bumped into a consumers website which has a lot of expertnonbias reviews about different products and of course the electrolux was rated an f so i knew this site was to be trusted

There is a button on the side that opens the bottom lid

The only issue i have is that the cord sometimes wants to retract which causes it to unplug
