This vacuum is perfect if you are looking for something not too expensive but with a good quality.
This is the one you want, with the cone filter and the 12-amp motor if you are looking for an inexpensive little vac that really works.
By useing the washable filters it can be cleaned every time the canister is emptied.
Price
If you're looking for a vacuum in this price range i highly recommend it.
The price is so good that when the vac begins to wear out, rather than buying new filters or carpet beater roll i just replace it.
