The entire unit is fabricated of cheap plastic. Contacted the company several times politely, no response at all. Defective power track design.

This vacuum is cheaply made and provides terrible suction. The roller attachment and crevice/brush combo are at uncomfortable angles. This vacuum always smells like burning when you use it and has snapped 3 belts since we got it.
