If you want higher write speeds go with the 480gb version as you will get slightly faster read and significantly faster writes.

Pny was fast in response and sent a new one quick .

Now it is so fast i have never seen like this before.

Boot time with this new drive was super fast, access to files seems faster.

It is fast as most of you should probably expect.

Packaging/appearance

That being said, the packaging was nice and attractive.

See the screen shot is from the blackmagic disk speed test which is one of the more rigorous test.
