Pros

The bump is to hold it in one position or the other. The sliding mechanism also works well. The only downside is if people forget to slide it to the appropriate indicator.

The magnet is sturdy and in the time i've had it, it has not once fallen off the dishwasher. The colors pop and the slider works very well. Hasn't fallen off.
