Pros
The sheep make it really cute. It makes dishwashing orderly. The colors are good instinctive indicators for the younger kids. The slider goes from dirty to clean in a breeze.
This is awesome. Once in a while, you get a product that is praise worthy.
Cons
Every time the dishwasher is opened, the item falls apart. The glue holding it to the magnet is worthless. The plastic either loses shape or expands which allows the slide to fall out.
It's not even 2 months old. What a disappointment. Super disappointing. Sad day. It's super disappointing.

The magnetic backing isnt the best mounting option if the sign is adjusted too aggressively or in a hurry which can cause it to slide around
