I am giving it 4 stars because the first cup i purchased was destroyed during the shipping process do to the poor packaging.
It came in a good, well-packed box and was in good condition, no scratches, scuffs or marks on it.
Was wrapped very well and was way bigger than expecting but better that way.
There are black and white inlaid stripes inside the mug, and the outside is as pictured.
