My 1st grader loves it. It feels durable and is super cute. Wish it clipped to the bag, but it velcro.
The backpack and lunchbox are perfect. It’s a perfect size to put in a plastic snack container! My only complaint is that we paid for gift wrap ($5), which came in a bag.
Cons
The zipper is horrible. What kind of material is this that they would disintegrate like this? Broke on first day of school. The order was canceled and can no longer be fulfilled.

The velcro straps that are meant to attach the lunchbox to the front of the backpack weren’t that important to me but the one side stopped sticking after a few uses
