These give a good amount of compression and fit nicely. I wish they had a bit more wrist support, but they're still fantastic. It fits me and works as expected.

Perhaps if the straps were a little shorter in width from base of hand and down the wrist they would be a bit more comfortable

Ive tried them both strapped tightly and more loose but i find theyre less effective when loose and when theyre tight

I dont at all feel hindered in movement and am able to keep sewing as needed for my job
