The flashlight comes with a rechargeable 18650 li-po battery. The battery can be recharged with the included charger. You can charge the flashlight with any usb power source.

Light has three brightness settings, a strobe setting, and off. It is easy to switch between the various brightness settings by multiple presses of the button. The switch toggles feels a bit weird at first - there is a lot of throw to it.
Cons
After charging the battery full the light lite for only for 1 hr until it dimmed to unusable intensity. The light has no angle or focus adjustment. And of course, no high, original dim, or strobe.

This is a powerful flashlight that comes with the battery and charger included.
I was very impressed with the brightness of the high beam!
The battery can be recharged with the included charger.
But - they really won me over with the lanyard.
Packaging/appearance
The rechargeable batteries is just icing on the cake.
If you slide the rubber sleeve out of the way you'll find it's double-knotted and the nylon is burned back to prevent fraying.

It is reasonably small, using on ly one 18650 rechargeable battery.
Please don’t shine this flashlight at anyone’s eyes.
It also takes a standard 18650 battery, so you can get a backup if needed.

Pressing the switch cycles between high – medium – low – off holding for three seconds turns on strobe mode only if it is already on
