Cons
The straps are very short, and there is no padding. Not much padding triceps, straps are not long enough for my bigger or taller clients. I am injured and bruised.
They need to have a better way to connect to a bar that hangs between a door jam. Spend the extra money and get some solid ones with rivets and oversized carabiners.

I do agree with other reviewers that the clips should be lower on the straps so they doesnt slide so close to the pull up bar and accidentally scratch it or annoy you into having to reposition the straps to make sure it is centered on your upper arm
