Pros
I rarely review items but this one deserved it. At this price, i cannot complain, it does what i need it to do and more. Chain is good quality and i have no concerns about putting load through it.
Using it for weighted chin ups and dips. Doing pull ups with 30 kilo's and no problems. Feels sturdy and strong.
Cons
Only had the belt for 2 months. Very disappointed with belt and would absolutely not recommend.

The belt was good for 2040kg dips as i started going up to 60kg the belt broke on me the little black piece of metal split and slipped out of the belt

Also found another use for the sled pull as our gym doesnt have the belt for around the waist
