Pros

I have dainty wrists but it’s easy to twist. Two weeks of twisting, holding, and bending and my forearm tendons and muscles are not as painful!

Heavy duty and durable solid rubber. The bands are washable and come in different degrees of resistance. Great for exercising and stretching.

Cons

Deceptive picture. Pliable, there’s no tension in it whatsoever. They are too easy. Also, they are too fat and feel sticky.

I purchased this product to help with the healing of a severe case of tennis elbow.

Within 2 weeks of using the product, i now can play tennis again without any pain.

Use this for a week straight with the recommended stretches and my tendinitis is already leaving.

Only had it about a week so can’t say how durable it is thought it seems like it’s quality.

Price

The price will keep me from buying another one though.

I actually thought i had ordered the flex-bar, but apparently ordered this one by mistake.
