Improve posture and become immune to rear * chokes by widening your neck and melding it with your trapezius. I usually wear it over my fluffy hat for cushioning and it fits snug and great support.

Cons

The stitching for the strap connection points by the ears is not durable. It’s dangerous if you add 35 lbs or heavier. Would slide down over the eyes.
