Pros
Took me alittle time to get used to using the hooks. Great for targeting the muscle you want to use instead of burning out your forearm or grip.
Cons
The neoprene smells really bad and toxic. You have to make an unnatural move and that creates a risk of injury. My order only came with one strap but the product said that it should include two.

The hooks are huge and when the strap is around my wrist weights on it the hooks hang even lower than my fingers can wrap around

I’m just under 5’1” and 114lbs and the dumbbells i have have fat bars so it’s hard for me to hold them for longer sets

Quality wise it’s really nice thick strong material and the hooks are seriously heavy duty but just too bulky for me
