Pros

Top notch product. Works great at the gym. Works as advertised. A little large in my gym bag, but well worth the space.

The exerciser is highly efficient. With the bar removed i hold this close to my chest and it eliminates the shoulder fatigue.

Cons

Bar is too skinny. Grip is very slippery.

Box was all messed up and looked old and the item itself is used and part of it was broken. Still kind of functions as needed, but pretty * for a $50 item to break that easily. Very disappointed in what was sold to me.
