Tried these out for the first time this week on my back and abs day game changer 💪💯 i struggle going heavier with weights because i have small hands and fingers so my grip strength sucks but also since a lot of the bars for barbells dumbbells and other type handles at the gym are bigger my little hands cant wrap around them enough to really get a good grip when i want to go heavier especially
