Pros & Cons
Pros
This one shows reality. Most kids need to learn to accept children who are different than them.
It fits in the palm of my hand! I suppose it's an invitation to improvise with your child as you read. Because it has hardly any dialogue, it challenges the imagination of the reader.

The elephant is no less an entertaining toy for my baby but it was a bit of a letdown for my preschoolage boys who had been playing with it and were excited to see what it would do in the book
