Pros

It's now 5 weeks wearing it daily (6 days a week) and heel and sole are still good to go. Tossed my old worn out dress shoes immediately after trying these on.

A fantastic shoe, comfortable and great for the shop environment us service advisors work in. On par with my rockport slip-ons. Drsssy enough for those meetings with the gm casual enough to wear on the shop floor and in jeans.

Cons

The quality is horrible. But, absolutely no quality or durability. Definitly not worth the money. The right shoe is much tighter than the left so i'm guessing it is a manufacture error.
